Hi all
Many thanks to those who gave me an advice about my cracked muffler. We have, here in Grenoble ,very skilled welders working on inox and alu parts for nuclear industry. So I choose to make my muffler repaired
As you can see on the attached photo they did a perfect job. May be the terminal exhaust pipe is now stronger than before.
A special thank for Curtiss Jaussi who offer me to buy at a good price his 912 exhaust system as he change his engine for a 914.

Hi Jean-Philippe Good luck with your weld job.Looking at your picture you attached, it appears like there may still be a crack shooting off to the left at the bottom of the "Y" weld bead.Ron Parigoris [quote][b]
