				| Hi Guys
When one receives an engine with 'long term storage', are there any maintenance items to do, prior to fitting/running

				| I think the requirements are covered in a service letter. Look on the Lycoming web site or call them. It has been a long time, circa 2004.

				| I had a engine that had been stored for 20 years
I heated up 8 quarts of oil and used a pressure pot to pump hot oil through the input from the oil cooler to flood the bearings and oil galleys. 575 hours and going strong
