does anyone know what thread size the wing tank fuel drain/sample valves are ? 1/8 or 1/4 ?

Mine are 1/8 NPT. I plugged mine with Allen pipe plugs, and I see the
slight protrusion of the plug is beating a hole in the fabric, even
though I doubled up with a doily. If you are plugging that hole, make
sure that you apply some anti-chafe tape over the plug. (I do a
sample check at my header tank where any contaminant will eventually
wind up)
