Bryan,

Another item for the event list is the Michigan Air Tour. While not a Europa specific event it promises to be a way cool flying experience. Basically over a period of 3 days, planes and crews will visit nine airfields in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This is flying over mostly wild, forested land with breathtaking scenery and clear, unlimited visibility. Each day you fly at your own pace but meet up at each airfield for food and celebration. Everyone stays in the same hotel each evening. We're planning to fly in it and think it would be wonderful to have more Europas! For more information, go to www.miaviation.org.

While we doubt we'll ever be able to do Dave Watt's France tour, this should be close!

Jim,

I tried to access the miaviation web-site without success, probably my
limited computer skills.

On the assumption that C-FBZI will be airborne once the weather improves,
I've marked Aug 26th on my calendar.
Only a couple of hours away from CYXU, if Chris Staines can be persuaded
to bring his mono we will have a couple of spare seats. Perhaps fellow
builders Ferg and Jan Volcic would join us.

Dave,

Be sure you omit the last period; it should be www.miaviation.org

You should be able to just double click on this. We just checked and it
works just fine.

Looking forward to meeting you. We know Ferg, but you can bring him
anyway!!
