Hey guys, I suppose I'm a little slow catch up but
finally got around to joining the new STOL list. I
checked the seven day archive online and see a bunch
of familiar names.
Adding to a common theme, we should be very careful to
remember to add the "Do Not Archive" to our posts. We
are starting out with a clean Archive section so we
should try to keep it that way. The main Zenith list
has become so polluted that it is all but useless.

Yeah and I'm about the worst offender, I REALLY wish Matt would put a big,
DayGlo yellow, flashing "DO NOT ARCHIVE" at the heading of each post so we
would easily see it and spur us to think about whether or not to archive.
OR a little box to check either yes or no, message wouldn't send 'till one
was selected. Come ON Matt , you don't have anything ELSE to do but play
with this stuff ,right. LO&SLO John

I am new to this forum. Why would you not want to archive your posts? I assume that means they would no longer be searchable. For someone like myself that is trying to learn more about building a 701, I would think archives would be a good thing.

This is so that things like "Whats the weather like in Montana this time of year" or "Hey ZED. Did you start building again yet?"don't take up valuable archive space and so that Matt does not have to search them all out and erase them. Important stuff? Don't say it.
