I am still looking for a CFI to do 10 hours of
transition training in a Lightning so I can fly off
the 40 hours in my new Lightning. I have great
references. My instrucor was a U2 pilot who can attest
to my skills and quick-learning ability and sharp
reflexes and concern for safety. Plane is in WV, one
hour from Washington, DC. beltway. I can travel to you
to get this done. Thanks, Charles Dewey

With the new Lightnings having the extended range,
is
it possible to convert an old Lightning with the 8
gallon less tanks to long range? One day I would
love to be able to fly to Europe but am going to
need
more gas to do so. Is it possible to just have an
extra tank in the cabin, like in the passenger seat,
that has a rubber hose feeding one of the tanks??
