				Cheers,
Monowheel classic 914 Europa here, about to hang engine.
If you have done this, what amount of cabling (cockpit to
engine) have you covered with firesleeve? Did you revise/modify any of it?
Do you remember how much firesleeve and sizes you got to complete the task?
And even more vital, are you willing to share the info?

				Ferg--
Just finished installing the 912s on my Zodiac 601XL. With boost pump in
parallel with engine pump. I used about 18ft of firesleeve. All sleeving
was in engine compartment. Fire sleeve was 1/2 inch

				Hi Ferg,
16-20 feet sounds about right. I used -8 firesleeve ie 1/2".
A tip given to me by another builder: it is possible to sheath flexible
fuel hose with firesleeve too tight to push the hose into by using
compressed air. Firesleeve needs to be longer than the hose. Clamp off one
end of the firesleeve. insert compressed air into the hose then put the
other end into the firesleeve. It will expand the firesleeve enough to
allow easy fitting. The end result is nice looking line with smooth fitting
 firesleeve.
