I have heard from the Grand Rapids people that some builders have
used cannon plugs for their EIS wiring (EGT and CHT) and they have
not heard about any great problems. I would like to do the same and
am wondering about the cannon plug itself. I know that a temp.
difference at any joint can be problematic and was going to go the
alumel chromel pin and socket route. Did anybody solder these
connections. Feedback would be appreciated.

Len in Kelowna Canada 40381. Knee deep in wire.
