Me & my buddy got the Kolb Classic all rigged last week end. I was beating my self doing it by my self sure goes alot easier with help. Time to start taking it apart to cover. Building is going a little slow because of hunting seasons. Still have to build the center section.
Talked to the local Gato office about the amphibious floats. Since they have retracable wheels & I don't have a complex rating I was afraid I would not be able to fly the plane till I got the rating. They said no problem. I was also wondering about a sea plane rating. They said as long as I don't land on water I can fly it with out a sea plane rating.
