Good day Brian,
I really had to dust off the brain cells from that far back. I even had to look at my build log and build manual.
Your problem is that the Bellcrank Assys ARE port and starboard. The proper orientation of the bearings determines the spacing between W12 and W13 (see Fig 11). This distance is what will align the Lateral Pushrod coming from the wing root through the holes in the spars.
So you can decide to bite the bullet, drill out the rivets in one, flip it over and re-rivet. Or you can assemble the Bellcrank assembly, install it in the wing and attach the Lateral Pushrod and see if it rubs against the rib holes.
I would lean towards to the first option so you have zero concerns on any assembly in the plane.
And don’t be too hard on yourself as this will be one of many oops that you will come across during the build.

I'm in the middle of XS wing construction and have just riveted the
BC4W10 to a W13 Bellcrank. To save time I riveted a second one, exactly
the same. Now I am thinking they should have been a mirror image of each
other. Are there any builders with really good memories (or records) out
there that can confirm I have screwed up?

Brian in Aus.
