I know there are a batch of stragglers from this forum so I will post my yearly pictures from the Fly-In in Mosby MO and at the Elms hotel in Excelsior Springs.



I miss the old forum where I would get an email with the latest topic and post, but the new forum is also very exciting and more people are participating. The secret is just to log on and check what is happening often so that you keep up with all the discussions, and believe me lots is happening!



Meanwhile here is the link to the photos I took during the meeting, as some of you know I take a batch of photos (point and shoot) and it's not the best of quality but for those who know what is going on, they show the energy and the action instead of a "freeze all" posed photo, I hate flash as an audience and rarely shoot with it.



I have been coming to the Fly-ins for a decade, and if you ask anyone, they would tell you I'm the "new kid in the block." Funny thing is, that I also believe I just arrived in the group and yet I immensely appreciate these meetings, learn a ton and the only place where you will be able to talk and breath commander stories for 3 straight days!



Too many stories to tell, but simply put through this group and unexpectedly I had dinner with Bob Hoover and was able to have a conversation with a legend, and that is why I can tell you the guy was sharp as a razor!

I'm still one of that batch.  These almost make me feel like I was there.  I

had hoped to make it this year, alas, maybe next year.  Great pics, I've

saved several.  Any idea how long the link will work?  There are others I'd

like to save.  Thanks again.
