An awful story to see, and a terrible loss for anyone with an airplane. That being said, our fleet is so small, it really is a blessing that Jim’s airplane was safe!

Thank you. We feel fortunate that our airplanes and hangar were spared. But are hearts are breaking for our friends who lost their planes and the content of their hangars. In total,10 hangars were burned to the ground with a loss of 9 airplanes and 4 antique cars. It's surreal to look in a hangar where a plane once was and only see a melted piece of the engine block or propellor hub. The only good news is that everyone was insured.
