Oh yeah, one more thing.  A friend of mine has a Challenger 2.  Similar weight as my model 2 and keeps it on his farm west of Sioux Falls.  He's really into the flying and has over 1500 hrs on that plane.  



When he saw the original vid, he says that his fabric loosens in the winter and he has to go over it again with an iron to keep it taught.  He uses the same 1.7 oz fabric as mine too and it's riveted to the upper ribs.  No glue or stitching.
