If anyone wants to machine up there own flywheel pullers for 912 engines here are two sets of detail drawings just completed.

One does both dynamo and sprag clutch, the other just the dynamo.

Material for the puller body and pressure foot will probably work fine in 6061.

M16 hex screws are off the shelf items, just apply grease to the thread and between screw and pressure foot and it will work fine.

Both M46 and M16 thread bores need to have their respective "minor pitch diameter" implemented prior to thread cutting.

Going 5mm longer on both the bolts might be an advantage.
