Oil Leak at the cylinder/exhaust connection. 2 different seals. The new type doesn’t fit. Any ideas?

BillReach out to Richard Goode. He will be able to help you with custom cut stainless steel "Olive Gaskets" yup that is what they call them across the pond.
I had some issues on my M14P and clearance differences etc. He made me exactly what I needed. Stopped the leaks etc..

As Mark says, we call them "Olives". The standard thickness is 10 mm, but we find with many older engines/aircraft where people have allowed the exhaust to become slightly loose so it then frets against the cylinder and effectively increases the distance between exhaust and cylinder we make oversize olives in any size to order. Of course they are individually machined out of stainless steel so not cheap but they do last indefinitely. The standard size is Euro 35 and any oversize Euro 49. Richard Goode
