Thanks Pappy, it was quite an experience. I learned a lot, now it's up to the paint shop. Any information on balancing the flight controls?

Its been so long ago that I did mine I've forgotten exactly how I did it. I think if I were doing again, I'd make up a beam with two (2) uprights spaced the exact distance as the aileron hinge pins. The whole thing would have to be level so as to be able to balance the ailerons on the hinge pins. .
